How much does it cost to rent my property?

We bring you: one month's rent brokerage fee excluding 21% VAT. If provided that you enter into a lease with a tenant for several years, you only pay commission on the first year. For the remaining years, we won’t bring you in charge. All of this is on a no cure, no pay!

For contracts less than twelve months, the commission is pro-rated per month, with a minimum of 750 euros excluding 21% VAT.

Through our unique concept of unilaterally brokerage it is interesting for companies and individuals to rent a home. We work exclusively for you, no double loyalty.
